    Absolutely! While you’ll benefit from the energy of our group setting, your training remains uniquely yours. We follow a proven structure for effective strength progression, but tailor key elements like your weekly training frequency and specific focus areas (legs, upper body, etc.) to ensure every session drives your individual results.

  • What's the difference between Semi-Private PT and LIFT CLUB?

    Semi-Private PT: Experience focused, expert-led training with detailed feedback and tailored adjustments in small groups of up to five. Ideal for those wanting more individual attention than a larger group.

    LIFT CLUB: Immerse yourself in a dynamic, high-energy environment with up to twelve participants following a structured strength and fitness program, perfect for those motivated by a larger community.

    Both options deliver high-quality coaching and effective training designed to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

  • Do I need experience to join?

    Not at all. Our trainers are there to provide personalised guidance, ensuring you’re performing exercises correctly and advancing at your own comfortable and effective speed.

  • Do I need to commit to a long-term membership?

    Absolutely no lock-in! Our memberships run month-to-month, giving you the freedom to cancel with one month’s notice. For our intensive six and twelve-week programmes, payment is typically upfront.

  • What do I expect on my first session?

    For your first session, please arrive ten minutes early. This gives you a relaxed opportunity to chat with our friendly team about the session format and what to expect. We’ll also introduce you to a couple of our welcoming regular members, so you’ll always have familiar faces to connect with during your workouts
