The individual (the Member) hereby indicates their desire to become a member of SalusLife, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this gym membership agreement.
Weekly Pass Memberships – Just Train
Our weekly passes are billed each week and require a minimum four-week commitment. The membership will automatically continue until either party terminates it.
Monthly Membership – Coaching Plans and Progress Tiers
The Member agrees to pay every 28 days by direct debit for the designated classes and amount. The membership will automatically continue every 28 days until either party terminates it.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time either through their account or by providing 28 days’ written notice to laurence@saluslondon.com. If the member cancels, they shall remain responsible for all fees that may occur within the notice period.
Pausing your membership
Life happens—we understand. You are welcome to pause your membership with us. This can only be done in advance and can’t be done retrospectively. Please give us at least 48 hours written notice at laurence@saluslondon.com.
Health Attestation
The Member attests that they can fully participate in an exercise regimen of their design or choice without undue risk.
Gym Rules and Participation
The Member agrees to abide by all directions, safety guidelines, and regulations while using SalusLife facilities and equipment.
Additionally, the Member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a fitness facility.
If any member of the SalusLife team asks you to leave at any point, please do so immediately. Any serious breaches of conduct could result in your membership being immediately terminated.
Indemnification
This gym membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to which the Member agrees to indemnify and hold SalusLife harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation. This includes any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the membership.
Your Privacy and Data
The processing of your personal data by SalusLife or a third party will be undertaken to fulfil the membership agreement and complete our obligations to you and any regulatory bodies.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil your membership’s purposes. Although it is not possible for us to always specify in advance how long this may be, we may have to continue to store and process your data and also contact you directly regarding completing your membership or if it is necessary for our compliance with certain legal obligations.
You may request the data we have on you at any time. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Amendments
Any changes or modifications to this agreement shall be made in writing and agreed upon by both SalusLife and the Member.
Acceptance
The parties hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above.
