  • What is small group weight training?

    Ours are weight-based classes with a small group of participants under the guidance of certified trainers.

  • What are the benefits of small group training?

    Personalised attention, motivation and accountability from like-minded individuals, and cost-effectiveness compared to personal training.

  • Do I need experience to join a small group weight training class?

    Not at all, we’re there to guide you. The trainer is on hand to ensure you’re working out and progressing at your speed.

  • Do I need to commit to a long-term membership?

    No, we have no minimum lock-in period. Our memberships are monthly, and you can cancel at any time by giving us one month’s notice. The only exception is if you take up one of our six—or twelve-week programmes—they are typically paid upfront.

  • What do I expect on my first session?

    At your first session, arrive ten minutes early to chat with one of the team about the format and what to expect. We’ll also introduce you to a couple of our regular members, so you always have a friendly face to look out for in your sessions.
