Our Starter Plan gives you 8 credits to use throughout the month. This plan gives you access to 8 Lift Club sessions, or 4 Semi-Private PT sessions, or a combination of both. Not at all, we’re there to guide you. The trainer is on hand to ensure you’re working out and progressing at your speed.
No, we have no minimum lock-in period. Our memberships are monthly, and you can cancel at any time by giving us one month’s notice. The only exception is if you take up one of our six—or twelve-week programmes—they are typically paid upfront.
At your first session, arrive ten minutes early to chat with one of the team about the format and what to expect. We’ll also introduce you to a couple of our regular members, so you always have a friendly face to look out for in your sessions.
