Nope! Our memberships are monthly, offering complete flexibility. You can cancel anytime with just one month’s notice. The only exceptions are our upfront-paid six or twelve-week programmes, designed for focused results.
To help you settle in, please arrive ten minutes early for your first session. You’ll have a chance to chat with our team about the session and what to anticipate. We’ll also introduce you to a couple of our friendly regulars, ensuring you feel connected and supported from day one.
