    Yes, absolutely! While we embrace the energy of group settings, your training is tailored specifically to you. Everyone follows a core structure designed for effective, progressive resistance training, but we personalise key components. This can include how often you train each week and your focus areas—whether it’s building stronger legs, improving upper body strength, or targeting specific goals. This ensures every session aligns with your individual needs and helps you get the best results possible.

  • What's the difference between Semi-Private Personal Training and Small Group Training?

    Semi-private personal training provides a focused experience for up to five participants, featuring detailed feedback and tailored adjustments from certified trainers. This option is ideal for those seeking more attention without the need for one-on-one training.

    Small Group Training accommodates up to twelve people and offers a dynamic and energetic environment where everyone follows a structured strength and fitness program. This is suited for those who enjoy the motivation from a larger group setting.

    Both options ensure high-quality coaching and effective training tailored to participant goals.

  • Do I need experience to join?

    Not at all, we’re there to guide you. The trainer is on hand to ensure you’re working out and progressing at your speed.

  • Do I need to commit to a long-term membership?

    No, we have no minimum lock-in period. Our memberships are monthly, and you can cancel at any time by giving us one month’s notice. The only exception is if you take up one of our six—or twelve-week programmes—they are typically paid upfront.

  • What do I expect on my first session?

    At your first session, arrive ten minutes early to chat with one of the team about the format and what to expect. We’ll also introduce you to a couple of our regular members, so you always have a friendly face to look out for in your sessions.
