Every Sunday

Women together in a StrongHER session at Salus London

Your first session is on me

Women need to stick together.

StrongHER, your first session is on me. – Evelina

Why we need a

safe

space to train

StrongHER

One in five women has experienced sexual assault or attempted assault. More than one in four has experienced domestic abuse since the age of sixteen. Thirteen per cent experienced harassment in the last twelve months alone.

Source: ONS, Crime Survey for England and Wales.

Those numbers mean that in any room, some of the women in it are carrying something. Not all of them. Not always. But enough that a gym floor where you can be watched, approached, or commented on isn’t a neutral space for everyone in it.

StrongHer closes the door. Women only, taught by Evelina, every Sunday. No audience, no being approached mid-set, no deciding whether you feel like being looked at today before you decide whether to train.

That isn’t a small thing. It’s the difference between training and not training at all.

Let's come together

We grow

together.

Powerful women together

Unique energy

Every woman in this room is there for the same thing. Nobody’s passing through. Everyone’s lifting, and everyone wants to get stronger.

You go for the heavier set because the woman next to you just did. Nobody claps. Everyone sees it, and that’s enough.

Making friends

Getting fit changes who you want to be around. Same room, same time, every Sunday, and that’s how real friendships start. People swap numbers, meet for walks, end up in a coffee shop after, still talking.

You came for the training. Most people stay for the people they’d never have met otherwise.

Build confidence

Something shifts when you find out you can lift more than you thought. You carry yourself differently. You stop apologising for taking up room.

It shows up everywhere: carrying the shopping and the toddler at once, not asking permission, saying no and meaning it.

And it’s watched. A daughter who grows up seeing her mother lift heavy learns something about what her own body is for, something nobody else is going to teach her.

Evelina
Owner of Salus London

"I always wanted a space where women could train without unwanted attention. Somewhere you feel the energy of being surrounded by people who want the same thing, and where you find out how strong you actually are."

No need to book or sign up

Just turn up

No need to book. Just message me. I always get so excited meeting new women.
